If you have been using Net10 for a while you have been using PAYG (Pay as You Go) Service. The $30 300 minute 60 day cards are PAYG. The New 750 minute 30 day and Unlimited 30 day cards are Monthly Cards.

Monthly Plans DO Not Roll Over

If you have minutes or service time left on your Net10 phone they do not roll over. When you add a monthly card to your phone the remaining balance of minutes and service will be erased.

For example you have 200 minutes and 3 days left on your PAYG service.

If you add another $30 PAYG card your remaining balances will be added to your card and your new balance will be 500 minutes and 63 days of service.

If you add a $25 Monthly card your new balance will be 750 minutes and 30 days of service.

For example you have 170 minutes and 5 days left on MONTHLY service

If you add another $30 PAYG card your new balance will be 300 minutes and 60 days of service.

If you add another $25 MONTHLY card your new balance will be 750 minutes and 30 days of service.

Net 10 PAYG

Net10 PAYG is a lot like Tracfone PAYG.  You purchase the phone, and add phone cards.  The PAYG minutes are 10 cents each or a little less and you extend your service by a month for every $15 you spend.  The minutes and service time roll over.

Net10 Rollover Explained

• Monthly plans erase and get erased when you add another card.
• PAYG service and minutes only roll over when adding another PAYG card.
• Monthly service balances will be erased if you add a PAYG card or a Monthly card.
• PAYG service and minute balances will be erased if you add a monthly card.

Examples of Net10 Roll Over

If you have 120 minutes and 3 days of PAYG service when you add a 300 minute 60 day PAYG card you will end up with 420 minutes and 63 days.

The streaming part of Net10 data is clipped.  You cannot get streaming audio like a radio station or Pandora on your phone.  You can surf the web as much as you want but the streaming sites will not work.

Monthly Card Warning

If you are using the monthly service and you add a new card your previous balance will not carry forward.  For instance if you bought a 750 minute/30 day  card and you have 100 minutes and 12 days left if you add another 750 minute card you will end up with 750 minutes and 30 days, you will not end up with 850 minutes and 42 days.
