I would hope there was a warranty unless it was purchase from another source other than Straight Talk or Walmart. I know some like to save even more money doing it that way, but that usually ends up costing you more. Still, you won't hear any complaints from me. I think the choice of plans is simple and will take care of everyone which ever one you choose, and the variety of phones to pick from seems to stay current with the competition. So far so good.
